A First Time for Everything

Our Booth

Yesterday we tried our hand at something new–we had our very first booth at a flea market!  We are known around the neighborhood for hosting some great garage sales, so we when we heard about the Fancy Flea, we thought it might be a good opportunity for us to take it a step further.

We spent the evening before tagging and organizing some of our favorite finds and treasures.  Early Saturday morning we headed out for a nutritious breakfast (gotta feed the baby) and even snuck in a yard sale purchase before making our way to our lovely downtown to set up our booth.  What a fun day we had!  The weather was gorgeous, the people were so kind and lovely, and we definitely plan to look into selling at future markets.

Thank you so much to Lori for putting the event together, to Yvonne for suggesting we get a booth next to her daughter, Nichole, and to Kim for being ever-so-supportive of our dreams.  Keep watch for our new Etsy shop where we’ll be posting some of our other favorite finds and treasures soon! -Lisa

Hi found you through Kimberly at Daisy. I noticed you had a sink for sale… how much are you asking if you still have? I live in near Orlando in Clermont so I am local.

Thanks Sherri

Hi Sherri,

Thank you for dropping by the site. In regards to the sinks, we sold the larger one this weekend, however the smaller one is still available. Let me know if it may work for you.

Hi! I found your blog through Kim’s at Daisy Cottage. I loved your booth at the Fancy Flea and am kicking myself for not making some purchases. You two had many wonderful items. I also visited your home tour on Daisy Cottage and love your style. Can’t wait to see what items you have in your Etsy Shop. Best of luck in your new flea marketing adventure and on your pending arrival!
